Existing Member (Referrer) — Using Kinecta’s convenient Referral Program form, send eligible Referee(s) an email invitation to join Kinecta. Referral invitations through this program expire 30 days after they are sent or 30 days after the Referral Program ends whichever occurs first, so encourage Referee(s) to open their qualifying account(s) before the invitation expires. If Referee opens qualifying account(s) and meets all program requirements within 60 days of account opening(s), Referrer may earn a referral reward for each qualifying referral, up to $500 in total per calendar year.
New Member (Referee) — Receives an email referral invitation to join Kinecta. The Referral invitations through this program expire 30 days after they are sent or 30 days after the Referral Program ends whichever occurs first. Open qualifying account(s) online, in branch, or through our Virtual Branch before the referral invitation expires. Then complete all program requirements within 60 days of account opening(s) to earn a bonus of up to $150, if all eligibility requirements are met.
The existing member (Referrer) and new member (Referee) must both be 18 years of age or older at the time of referral to qualify.
Referrer must be a current Kinecta member and in good standing, which includes deposit balances above zero dollars, all existing loan payments current, and meeting terms and conditions described in Kinecta’s Agreements & Disclosures booklet, at the time each Referee’s new membership and qualifying products are opened and funded, and when the referral reward is paid.
New share accounts opened by existing members do not qualify for a bonus or referral reward under the terms of this referral program.
Referee must not have had a Kinecta membership closed in the past 12 months.
Existing Member (Referrer) — Can earn $100 for each successful referral, up to $500 in total per calendar year.
New Member (Referee) — Can earn up to $150 by completing up to three qualifying bonus opportunities, each worth $50. The Referee may receive only one set of referral bonuses under this program, regardless of the number of memberships or same accounts opened.
Cash bonus(es) and referral rewards will be credited to the member’s Regular Share Savings account within sixty (60) days after verifying new membership and account requirements have been met.
As long as the existing member (Referrer) sent the referral invitation before the Referee opened their new membership and prior to the referral invitation’s expiration date, the Referrer may still be eligible to receive a referral reward if all qualifying requirements are met. The Referee must use the same email address that received the referral invitation when opening their membership to ensure the referral is properly matched.
